When will my order ship?
Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Deliver times are depended on where you are located in the US. See the options available at checkout (First Class Mail 1-3 days and Priority Mail 1-3 days) .

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we are only shipping to the USA and Canada.

Where do I send my product return to?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 47339 Windsor Mill, Maryland 21244You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds and Return Policy

What items are available for refunds?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it?


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
